Shipping policy
Our shipping policy is designed to provide a transparent and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. We typically process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's progress in real-time. We offer several delivery tiers, ranging from standard ground shipping to expedited options, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that while we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, external factors such as carrier delays or inclement weather may occasionally impact transit times. We currently ship to all domestic addresses, including P.O. Boxes; however, international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or local taxes incurred upon entry into their country. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we ask that you contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
